Wellkomp is an online platform that help Individuals around the globe optimize their compensation as well as help corporations attract, foster and retain great talent. They analyze both tangible and intangible aspects related to users profile so they can see where they are on the market and compare.
I was in charge of the UX and UI process. On the one hand, thinking of a logic so that users (managers) can load data in the easiest way possible. On the other side, thinking and designing a dashboard so that companies can quickly filter and find valuable information on how compensation is being paid in the various sectors and areas of the labor market.
